When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we’re talking about the folks here at Happy Paws Studio, including our amazing team and any affiliated entities, including subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, agents, or assigns.

  • We’ve done our best to ensure that the information you find on our website is accurate and up-to-date. But hey, we’re not perfect, so if you spot something that needs fixing, just give us a heads-up!
  • Our website is a great resource, but it’s not a replacement for professional advice. If you have any big decisions to make, it’s always a good idea to consult with the experts.
  • Indemnification for Loss or Damage You agree to indemnify Us and hold Us harmless from any liabilities or expenses arising from or related to your use of this website or the Services or information provided herein. Refunds and Returns:

  • We’re all about making sure you’re happy with your purchase. If you ever need to return something, just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to make the process as smooth as possible.
  • Under the Trade Practices Act 1974, you’re entitled to a refund if your item is faulty, doesn’t match the description, or doesn’t meet the purpose you bought it for. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it.
  • Your order will be delivered, posted or available for pickup 4-6 weeks after it is placed. All orders are to be inspected by you at pickup or delivery to ensure they meet your approval.
  • Wall art items can be easily damaged, please handle your items with extreme care. Damage incurred as a result of improper handling or hanging is the responsibility of the client.

Image Copyright:

  • We’re proud of the photos we take, and we want to make sure they’re shared in the best way possible. While we love it when you share our images on social media, please remember not to take screenshots or remove our logo. It’s all about giving credit where credit is due!

Communication and Booking:

  • We’re here to make sure your photoshoot experience is nothing short of amazing. If you have any questions or special requests, just give us a shout! We’re all ears and ready to help in any way we can.
  • We want to make sure everyone’s on the same page, so please make sure the main pet owner is the one handling communications and bookings. That way, we can keep everything organized and running smoothly.

Booking Fees and Late Cancellations:

  • We understand that life can get busy, but please keep in mind that booking fees are non-refundable until after your purchase appointment. If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, just give us at least 48 hours’ notice, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
  • We know emergencies happen, but late cancellations or no-shows may result in a full session fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping things running smoothly for everyone.

Gift Vouchers:

  • Gift vouchers are a wonderful way to spread the joy of pet photography! Just remember that they’re non-refundable and can’t be combined with other offers. If you have any questions about how to use your gift voucher, just give us a shout, and we’ll be happy to help.

Special Offers and Prizes:

  • We love celebrating with you! If you win a special offer or prize, make sure to claim it during your purchase appointment. That way, we can make sure you get the most out of your prize and have a fantastic photoshoot experience.

Competitions, Giveaways, and Model Callouts:

  • We’re all about having fun and making memories together! If you’re selected for a giveaway or model callout, we’ll reach out to chat with you beforehand. Just make sure to keep an eye on your messages so you don’t miss out on any exciting opportunities!

Pet Health and Behavior:

  • Your pet’s health and safety are our top priorities. If your pet isn’t feeling their best or has any special needs, just let us know, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Using Digital Files:

  • We want you to enjoy your photos to the fullest! That’s why we provide resized digital files for personal use only. If you have any questions about how to use your digital files, just give us a shout, and we’ll be happy to help. Please do not print or remove our logo in anyway.

Editing:

  • We want to make sure your photos look their absolute best! Our editing process is all about enhancing the natural beauty of your pets while keeping things true to life. If you have any special editing requests, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation and Late Payments:

  • We understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you need to cancel your order, just let us know within 3 days(prior to manufacturing/printing), and we’ll do our best to make it right. Late payments may incur a fee, so please make sure to keep an eye on your payment deadlines.

Product Issues:

  • We stand behind the quality of our products. If you ever have any issues with your order, just let us know within 3 days of receiving it, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Image Archiving:

  • We want to make sure you have access to your photos whenever you need them. That’s why we archive images 30 days after your photoshoot. If you ever need to retrieve your images after that time, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.
